EV Power is based here in Christchurch, which matters more than it sounds. When a charger needs a part or a firmware question answered, the people who can help are a short drive away rather than in a different time zone. Their wall chargers are also the most budget-friendly we fit, and they still cover the features most households actually use: app control, scheduling for night rates, and OCPP so the charger talks to standard charging platforms.
The range runs from the SlimLine Smart, our cheapest fully installed package, through to the BCP Solar DLB that charges from your panels and watches your mains at the same time. If your switchboard has room and your budget is tight, this is where we usually point people first.

EV Power SlimLine Smart 7kW
The lowest fully installed price in our range, from a Christchurch-based supplier. A slim Type 2 socket unit, so you plug in your own cable, with RFID tap-to-start and smart OCPP connectivity for app control and scheduling.

The cheapest way to get dynamic load balancing. A 6m tethered cable and a CT clamp on your mains mean the charger backs off when the oven and heat pumps are running, so most homes skip the switchboard upgrade.
